Channels: “What are the best ways for me to reach my customer?” is the question at hand. List any method your company may use to provide value to its customers in this block, including sales channels, distribution, and even marketing and communication.
Customer Relationships: This block’s goal is to group together all of your company’s customer service, communication, and after-sales strategies in order to establish a relationship with the customer and ensure audience retention by keeping them from switching to the competition.

Streams of Income: “How and how much will my customer pay for the value proposition I will be delivering?” This section describes how your company will generate revenue. There may be more income streams available to you, and it is crucial to include them all here. Sales, subscriptions, licensing, etc. are a few examples.

The question “What resources are essential for my business to be able to deliver value to the customer?” must be answered before you can complete this block with key resources. The resources required to maintain your channels and relationship tactics operational must also be included. In essence, they are all essential resources for maintaining the operation of the organization, including software, staff, and equipment.

Key Activities: This building block’s goal is fairly similar to that of the preceding one. List all the steps necessary for your company to operate and provide value to customers here. They might include the creation and upkeep of technology, a manufacturing line, logistics, and distribution, among other things.

Key Partners: Describe your business partners in this section, taking note of their motivations, including any suppliers, service providers, or organizations that you have outsourced, among others.

By doing this, you will have already determined what the key tasks and assets are for your company’s ability to provide value to customers.
